Most of my gut health clients have IBS — but what many don't know is that up to 80% of IBS cases are actually caused by SIBO, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. SIBO is a real, testable, treatable medical condition that responds exceptionally well to the right dietary approach.

Most of my weight management clients are women who have tried everything and can't understand why nothing works. The answer is almost never willpower. It's usually biology, habits, or an underlying gut issue that nobody has addressed.

What Working With Me
Looks Like

Every program is one-on-one and completely personalized. You receive weekly private sessions, a secure client platform with meal ideas, recipes, low-FODMAP resources, and grocery shopping lists for Whole Foods and Sprouts. Two levels of accountability are available, including daily food journal review for clients who want maximum support.

I am Monash University certified in the low-FODMAP diet and am the author of two books — The Beginner's Guide to Low FODMAP and Fill Your Plate, Lose the Weight. My expertise has been featured in many major media outlets including Forbes, Martha Stewart Living, Prevention, and more.

Programs run 3, 6, or 12 months. Insurance billing available for eligible PPO plans.
