I'm Sarah Mirkin RDN, CPT, LD — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and sustainable weight management. I work with Santa Barbara clients entirely via telehealth — the same expert, personalized care without the commute to Los Angeles.

What Working With Me Looks Like
Every program is completely one-on-one and personalized. You receive weekly private sessions, a secure client platform with meal ideas, recipes, low-FODMAP resources, and grocery shopping lists. Two levels of accountability are available, including daily food journal review for clients who want maximum support.
I am Monash University certified in the low-FODMAP diet and am the author of two books — The Beginner's Guide to Low FODMAP and Fill Your Plate, Lose the Weight. My expertise has been featured in many major media outlets including Forbes, Martha Stewart Living, Prevention, and more.
Programs run 3, 6, or 12 months. Insurance billing available for eligible PPO plans.
