INGREDIENTS : A plate of salad with croutons and lettuce.

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ cup pasteurized liquid egg whites

¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise, preferable Helmans or best foods to cut the fat content

¼ cup garlic infused oil

¼”cup grated Parmesan cheese A dash of sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

 

Directions: stir all ingredients together. Store in an air tight container or dressing bottle.
