I'm Sarah Mirkin RDN, CPT, LD — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and sustainable weight management. I work with Jupiter clients virtually from my Palm Beach practice, which means you get expert, one-on-one care without having to travel.

The people I work with in Jupiter are health-conscious and motivated. Most of my gut health clients have been told they have IBS. What many don't realize is that up to 80% of IBS cases are actually caused by SIBO — Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth — a condition that is testable and treatable. Once we identify and address the root cause, the change in how people feel is remarkable.

For weight management clients, the problem is almost never willpower. It's usually biology, habits, or an underlying gut issue that nobody has addressed. My approach gets to the bottom of it.

What Working With Me
Looks Like

Every program is completely one-on-one and personalized. You receive weekly private sessions, a secure client platform with meal ideas, recipes, low-FODMAP resources, and grocery shopping lists for Whole Foods and Sprouts. Two levels of accountability are available, including daily food journal review for clients who want maximum support.

I am Monash University certified in the low-FODMAP diet and am the author of two books — The Beginner's Guide to Low FODMAP and Fill Your Plate, Lose the Weight. My expertise has been featured in many major media outlets including Forbes, Martha Stewart Living, Prevention, and more.

Programs run 3, 6, or 12 months. Insurance billing available for eligible PPO plans.
