I am Monash University certified in the low-FODMAP diet, the gold standard for IBS and SIBO treatment. My personal history with SIBO — including being among the first patients to complete a breath test through Dr. Mark Pimentel's research at Cedars-Sinai — gives me a clinical depth that no textbook can replicate.
For weight management, I address the root causes behind failed efforts: hormonal changes, metabolic adaptation, gut dysfunction, and lifestyle patterns. The goal is always permanent results, not another short-term fix.
