“As a musician I tour on a regular basis. Late night shows, early morning travel and a schedule that doesn’t really lend itself to healthy eating. Sarah was able to help me learn different ways to tweak that lifestyle so that I could eat healthier during those times. These were just little changes that one wouldn’t otherwise think of which has resulted in lost pounds and better energy level. My performances are better and the guys in the band got on the proverbial bandwagon as well. I can’t thank her enough and it doesn’t hurt that she’s very easy on the eyes.
